Since 2009 we have prided ourselves on providing our clients the best possible solutions to their fitness goals.  Our focus is their needs not fitness trends. Based on these needs, we are proud to announce our Nutrition Coaching & Accountability solution. This allows our clients to choose their level of coaching and commitment. Workout on YOUR time whether it’s with one of our 20+ classes or on your own. At the gym or from home.  BUT also choose to have someone outside of the gym, who is following up on you and giving you advice and encouragement. Making sure you are doing the things you need to in order to reach your goals.  

 This Nutrition Coaching program is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.”

Shelbi Kate

Shelbi has over 6 years of experience working with a diverse clientele base in a few different locations throughout the US, and we are very excited that she has joined the staff here with us at Elev8 Gym. Shelbi specializes in fat loss transformations, program design, muscle building, general blood work testing and analysis, gut health, and nutrition protocols to support client goals.   The majority of her clients are just looking for some direction, consistency and accountability to meet their nutrition and aesthetic goal, however she has also helped people with Parkinson’s disease, hashimotos, endometriosis, Lupus, Alzheimers, metabolic syndrome, poly cystic ovarian syndrome and more.

Financially, all of our Accountability Levels have a 3 month commitment and then we have a maintenance program at a discount after those 3 months.

Personally, we will require you fully complete each daily task and log your workouts in our app.  AND WE WILL KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE to it.   Expect us to ask you “why are you are not doing something?” 

Our philosophy on nutrition is a long term habit changing solution. Not a short term “lose as many pounds as possible in as little time as possible” type of program.  In our over 10 years of experience those types of programs (although sometimes successful in short term) do not establish long term habits and long term success.  

Our food choices should be based on whole food dense in nutritional value. We do not focus on what we should take out, but more so on what we should take in.  The more healthy choices we have, the less room for the bad. 

Our approach is client centric.  Each stage of coaching will be in line with lifestyle, needs, motivating factors and personal timeline.  This truly allows for an achievable environment with small wins along the way leading to BIG changes and success.  

However, it is up to the client to choose their start stage. 

Although your coaching team is very invested in your success, they also have other responsibilities both professionally and personally.  You may text your coach through our custom app anytime, however responses may not be given until the next business day.  Remember, our goal is help you truly understand how to live a healthy lifestyle for the long term.  

If you need more help than our availability, no problem, we would suggest maybe signing up for live personal training as well to get more access to a coach.

Well, that’s up to your style of learning and lifestyle.  We give you the tools to track everything and we will check that journal with you and be as detailed as we need.  However, if that just seems way too daunting, we get it.  Our coaching is client centric and will work on a tracking plan that will help you stay on course and fit your time commitment.
