We have a very different attitude at our gym compared to many other CrossFit gyms. Our first focus is that you move well. Our trainers will COACH you, not yell at you to move faster or try and get you to do something you don’t want to do or are not truly capable of doing. At that same time, we also encourage the sport of CrossFit. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a compliment to your sport-specific training regime.
Save Time: Don’t spend hours of your precious time at the gym. Warm up, work on form and technique, and work out all in one hour. Get in, sweat, get out.
Results: All CrossFit trainings are timed or measured. This means that you can strive to beat your own personal records or be motivated by other CrossFit 915 members working out along side you.
Experienced Coaching: Our coaches average 3 years of coaching so you’ll always have a CrossFit certified coach supporting, correcting and encouraging you each class.
Diversify your workout: Bored of the same treadmill, crunches and bench-presses? CrossFit workouts are rarely the same. Each one has its own challenges, rewards and fun.
